Ten design visions of the bicycle of the future

9 Jun 2007 - 19 Aug 2007, Danish Design Centre A collaborative project involving Designskolen Kolding and bicycle manufacturer Kildemoes has resulted in ten innovative takes on the bicycle of the future. Names like X-trail, Spring, Pole, Metro and Squid reflect the students’ rich creativity and innovative approach to the task of designing the bicycle of the future. The ten futuristic bicycle designs are the outcome of a workshop involving Designskolen Kolding and Kildemoes, which took place in autumn 2006. The purpose was to challenge both Kildemoes' and the students’ artistic and design skills in relation to a group of young future bicyclists.
