The Exhibition of Croatian caricature was opened on 27th January and will be on view until 3rd March in the Consulate General in Stuttgart (Germany). The Exhibition was organized by the Croatian Cartoonist Association.

Artists: Oton Reisinger, Srećko Puntarić, Ico Voljevica, Ivan Šarić, Mojimir Mihatov, Davor Štambuk, Darko Pavić, Nikola Plečko, Željko Cerić, Davor Trgovčević, Tomislav Ožanić, Ivan Haramija, Miroslav Gerenčer and Nikola Listeš.

The young violinist Anina Bajac gave a concert at the opening ceremony of the exhibition; she is currently on her scholarship ‘Talent im Land’ in Baden-Wuertember, organized by the ‘Robert Bosch’ Foundation from Stuttgart.

The Croatian Cartoonist Association was founded in 1985 in Zagreb and it has more than a hundred members that are active in Croatia and abroad. Every year the association gives the award named ‘Oskarika’ for best caricaturist. It is the organizer of exhibitions and founder of the International Festival of Caricature in Zagreb, publishes a journal, etc.
